This page will be links and one line desciptions to assorted Online Discussion Groups and Bulletin Board Systems. Because of the numbers of such groups DogStar has not visited and joined each group which would be needed to make a personal recommendation.
So... do your own due diligence and look at the groups for yourselves. As this list gets larger and larger I will break the groups down into more sections depending on topic. When a group would fit in more than one topic it will only be listed in the one topic I feel it best fits.
